Increase customer loyalty through big data

Small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and business organisations have proved themselves to be slow adopters of the new technology of big data analytics and are in danger of being “left behind” by large corporations and digital-savvy start-ups. Big data is everywhere, providing rapid insights business leaders need to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, identify new opportunities and adapt to a fast changing market. Big data has also changed customer expectations, forging a new way of community engagement, and transforming interactions to ‘micro moments’ of delivering service tailored to your customers’ unique needs.

This workshop will discuss:

  • big data technology and its potential
  • how big data will be used by and incorporated into all future business strategies
  • common barriers to building big data capability, and how to overcome them
  • pathways and strategic frameworks for implementing new service experiences and building deeper connections
